Ambassador Alfredo Miranda (AMB) is the official representative of Mexico to Nigeria, as well as a non-resident ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, Benin, and Cameroon, and the Permanent Representative to ECOWAS. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening bilateral ties by fostering robust diplomatic, economic, and cultural exchanges between Mexico and Nigeria.

A well-educated diplomat, Ambassador Miranda earned his degree in International Relations from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and further enhanced his expertise with a Master’s Degree in Latin American Studies. His solid academic background underpins his strategic approach to international relations and economic development, enabling him to navigate complex global challenges effectively.

Throughout his distinguished career in international diplomacy, Ambassador Miranda has been instrumental in advancing cooperation in key sectors such as agriculture and energy.
