Mr. Muhammed Abu Ibrahim is a seasoned technocrat and serial entrepreneur serving as the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF) in Nigeria, a role appointed by President Bola Tinubu. With over 25 years of leadership experience, he holds an Accountancy degree from the University of Jos and is a Certified Agricultural Finance and Banking expert.

Further bolstering his credentials, he is an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School and has advanced his studies at both the Robert Kennedy College Zurich and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, in addition to being a Fellow of the Aspen Institute Leadership Initiative for Africa. In his current role, Mr. Ibrahim has been instrumental in pioneering technological innovations in agriculture.

He has cofounded ventures like Sponge Analytics and Livestock247.com—the nation’s first online livestock platform—and partnered with MTN Nigeria to develop MTN AIMS, a groundbreaking solution addressing challenges in livestock management and crop production. His strategic leadership in managing multi-million-dollar donor-funded projects has enhanced access to low-interest credit for farmers, thereby significantly contributing to Nigeria’s food security and overall agricultural development.
